Gooey Vodka S’Mores Brownie Cups

An adult take on a kid classic. This can be done year-round because no actual fire is required, but it still tastes great!

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
  • Use instructions on box for egg and oil
  • Substitute water for Hansen Barn Owl Vodka
  • 36 Mini Marshmallows
  • 12 Pieces of Graham Crackers
  • 1/4 Cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 12 Squares of Hershey’s Milk Chocolate
  • 12 Cupcake Liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place a cupcake liner in a muffin tin (spray bottom of liners with cooking spray)
  3. Make brownie mix as directed on box but substitute water with Hansen Barn Owl Vodka
  4. Fill each cupcake liner evenly with batter (about 2 tbsp per cup)
  5. Bake for 17 – 19 minutes or until the edges and tops are set
  6. Remove from oven and top brownies with 3 mini marshmallows
  7. Return to oven for 1 – 2 minutes, or until marshmallows are softened
  8. Cool for 5 minutes
  9. Top each brownie with a scoop of graham cracker crumbs, piece of chocolate and graham cracker piece
