Mulberry Club (Vanilla Fig Moonshine)

- 1 ½ oz Hansen Vanilla Fig Moonshine
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Raspberry Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with 5 drops of Peychaud’s Bitters.
