Northern Lights Frozen

Alberta summer in a glass.

• 4 oz Berta Blue
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1.5 cups ice
• 0.5 oz passionfruit purée, for the float

Blend Berta Blue, lime, syrup and ice until smooth. Pour into a chilled goblet and float the passionfruit purée over the back of a spoon so it bleeds green-gold through the blue.
