FAQ:
Q: What is the deadline I have to submit a request for custom product?
A: Custom orders must be received by October 29, 2024 in order to accommodate label changes and final designs, and to ensure you have your product in-hand before the holiday rush.
Q: What’s your approval deadline for holiday orders in 2024?
A: All Label Proofs must be approved by the Customer no later than 12 PM MST on November 7, 2024. Orders will be available for pickup the week of November 25.
Q: What is your order minimum?
A: Custom labels are available with a minimum order of 4 cases (48 bottles) per product, with one (1) label design for your product of choice.
Q: Where is the pricing list?
A: There are a lot of factors that go into preparing your quote including quantities, products selected, the bottle types of those products, label sizing, etc. We don’t want to confuse anyone! Please allow us time to prepare a custom quote just for you.
Q: I’d like a design outside of the options that I see below.
A: Due to turnaround times on production, we are unable to offer unique designs beyond those below. But rest assured! Our design team will work with your brand palette and you to ensure that your custom label is prepared to specifics just to your liking!
