Gooey Vodka S’Mores Brownie Cups
An adult take on a kid classic. This can be done year-round because no actual fire is required, but it still tastes great!

- 1 Box of Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
- Use instructions on box for egg and oil
- Substitute water for Hansen Barn Owl Vodka
- 36 Mini Marshmallows
- 12 Pieces of Graham Crackers
- 1/4 Cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 12 Squares of Hershey’s Milk Chocolate
- 12 Cupcake Liners
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Place a cupcake liner in a muffin tin (spray bottom of liners with cooking spray)
- Make brownie mix as directed on box but substitute water with Hansen Barn Owl Vodka
- Fill each cupcake liner evenly with batter (about 2 tbsp per cup)
- Bake for 17 – 19 minutes or until the edges and tops are set
- Remove from oven and top brownies with 3 mini marshmallows
- Return to oven for 1 – 2 minutes, or until marshmallows are softened
- Cool for 5 minutes
- Top each brownie with a scoop of graham cracker crumbs, piece of chocolate and graham cracker piece
