- 2oz Vanilla Fig Moonshine
- 1/2oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2oz Honey Syrup*
- 1 bar spoon of Yogurt (a bar spoon is a tool bartenders use to mix cocktails – approx 1 teaspoon)
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.*honey syrup: dissolved 2 parts honey into 1 part water. Bottle and keep refrigerated.
