Classic Whisky Cocktail: Mint Julep featuring Northern Eyes Whisky
Ingredients

- 2oz Hansen Distillery Northern Eyes Whisky
- 1/4oz rich Demerara syrup
- 4–6 large mint leaves
- Crushed or pebbled ice
Instructions
- Add mint and sugar to the bottom of a metal cup and muddle gently
- Add 1oz of whisky and enough crushed ice to cover
- Stir gently
- Add remaining 1 oz of whisky and top with a crust of crushed ice
- Garnish with several sprigs of fresh mint
