Pour a few ounces over ice, top with soda and a squeeze of lemon or lime. Garnish with fresh mint and blueberries.
Want to know a little secret? If you don’t have soda, anything bubbly will probably work. Top off an ice cold beer with Blueberry Mojito and a lemon or lime wedge.
Or serve it up with Prosecco.
Ginger beer? Yup!
Tonic? Absolutely!
