A Day In The Life
- 2 oz Honey Rhubarb Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Chamomile Syrup*
- 3-4 Fresh Raspberries
- Prosecco
- Muddle fresh raspberries with chamomile syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.
- Double strain into a cocktail glass.
- Top with a splash of Prosecco.
*Chamomile Syrup: Brew a strong cup of chamomile tea for desired length of time (twice as much tea as you would usually add to a cup). For 250ml of tea, stir 250g of white sugar until dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate.
