A Day In The Life

  • 2 oz Honey Rhubarb Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Chamomile Syrup*
  • 3-4 Fresh Raspberries
  • Prosecco
  1. Muddle fresh raspberries with chamomile syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.
  3. Double strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Top with a splash of Prosecco.

*Chamomile Syrup: Brew a strong cup of chamomile tea for desired length of time (twice as much tea as you would usually add to a cup). For 250ml of tea, stir 250g of white sugar until dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate.
