“For the Stars”
- 1.5 oz Barn Owl Gold Vodka
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz Domaine de Canton
- 0.5 Matcha Syrup
- Egg White
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker and dry shake for 15 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker, shake again for 15 seconds.
- Double strain, Garnish with 4 drops of matcha syrup.
- Drag tweezers through matcha to create a clover on top.
