Ingredients
- 2oz Cherry Spirit
- 0.75oz Lemon
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup
- 1.5oz Egg Whites
- Dried lemon (to garnish)
Dry shake egg whites and then shake all other ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain over a rocks glass. Add shake egg whites on top. Slowly pour red wine over top to float. Garnish with dried lemon.
