• 1.5oz Trouble Gin
  • 0.25oz Violette Liqueur
  • 0.75oz Lavender Simple Syrup*
  • 0.25oz Lemon Juice
  • Top with tonic

How to:

Add Trouble Gin, Violette Liqueur, lavender simple syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Top with tonic. Garnish with a smoldering rosemary sprig and pea flower-infused icecubes for colour (optional).

*To make the lavender simple syrup, add 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 water, and 1/2 lavendar to a pot. Heat up your mixture until the sugar is dissolved. Strain the remaining lavender from your simple syrup and let cool before using in your cocktail.
