Ingredients
- 1.5oz Cherry Spirit
- 0.5oz Northern Eyes 3-Year Whisky
- 2 bar spoons of rosemary thyme syrup
- Dash of Heritage and Angostura bitters
- Orange twist and boozy cherries (to garnish)
Stir Cherry Spirit, 3-Year Whisky, rosemary thyme syrup, and bitters together in a shaker with ice.
Pour ingredients into a rocks glass over ice. Smoke the glass with hickory smoke and add an orange twist and boozy cherries to garnish.
