• 1.5oz Cherry Spirit
  • 0.5oz Northern Eyes 3-Year Whisky
  • 2 bar spoons of rosemary thyme syrup
  • Dash of Heritage and Angostura bitters
  • Orange twist and boozy cherries (to garnish)

Stir Cherry Spirit, 3-Year Whisky, rosemary thyme syrup, and bitters together in a shaker with ice.

Pour ingredients into a rocks glass over ice. Smoke the glass with hickory smoke and add an orange twist and boozy cherries to garnish.
